Why is the 2GO tracking not updating for a long time?
If your 2GO shipmentâs status has not been updated in a while, there might be a problem with the tracking itself or a problem with the paperwork for the package or the package might take longer than expected at the customs (if it is an international shipment).

The tracking says my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive anything.

Often these packages are delivered within the next 24 hours. Check if the courier have left some kind of a note in your mailbox or on your door – it will usually contain informations about your package. Also look really closely around your house to make sure the package was not left in an unusual place.
How long does the 2GO delivery take?
In most cases, your shipment will be delivered within 1-3 business days of being shipped. If you’re shipping internationally then it could take 5 up to 20 days depending on how fast customs clearance processes happen in the destination country and some other factors like whether there are any restrictions placed upon importing certain goods.
