Why is the COE tracking not updating for a long time?

The tracking says my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive anything.
Sometimes COE packages are marked as delivered because they were passed to another courier service (that is actually delivering the package to you). Often these packages are delivered within the next 24 hours. Check if the courier have left some kind of a note in your mailbox or on your door – it will usually contain informations about your package. Also look really closely around your house to make sure the package was not left in an unusual place.
How long does the COE delivery take?
Your shipment could be delivered within 1-3 business days of placing an order with COE if you live in the same country. International shipments may take 5 to 14 working days but customs clearance will also need some time – that depends on many factors such as where it is being sent and what kind of goods are enclosed inside your package.
