How does the GCT tracking number look like?
The GCT tracking number is a unique number assigned to your shipment. It will typically be 7-15 digits long and might have letters and digits combined. The tracking number is unique within GCT although different companies might use the same tracking number (for example, if share the same format or if the package was transferred from one courier to another along the way).

The GCT package tracking number can be found in a few different places, depending on how the package was shipped. If you shipped it yourself then look for your receipt or shipping confirmation email and if someone else sent something to you they should have given this information as well.

Why is the GCT tracking not updating for a long time?
When your shipment is not updated for a while, it might be because there’s been an issue with either the tracking or paperwork. This can happen when shipping internationally and certain countries have longer customs processes than others do- so make sure you double check both ends of each transaction.
Please contact the carrier’s customer support for assistance, they should have more info about your package and can investigate this matter further.
The tracking says my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive anything.
You may see your parcel marked as “delivered” even if you have not received it. This often means that the delivery status has been updated in advance and will be delivered soon (but sometimes only on the next day). If this happens, make sure to contact GCT for more information about the location of your package.
How long does the GCT delivery take?
When shipping within the same country, your package will should be delivered to its destination within 2-4 business days. If it’s an international shipment and needs customs clearance before being deliverable though (which can take anywhere from 1 to 14 days!), expect that this process might add another week or so.
