Why is the GTD tracking not updating for a long time?
Package delivery can sometimes be hit or miss, but it’s usually not a good sign when the tracking status hasn’t been updated in quite some time. There could’ve been an issue at customs that caused this delay which means you’ll have to wait even longer before getting your package! If things don’t improve with updates on shipments then contact the GTD customer service team who might know more about what happened.

The tracking says my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive anything.
Sometimes GTD packages are marked as delivered because they were passed to another courier service (that is actually delivering the package to you). Often these packages are delivered within the next 24 hours. Check if the courier have left some kind of a note in your mailbox or on your door – it will usually contain informations about your package. Also look really closely around your house to make sure the package was not left in an unusual place.
How long does the GTD delivery take?
The type of shipping you choose will determine how quickly your package arrives. Standard mail takes around 3-4 days for delivery, priority 1 to 3 days depending on where it is going to, but you also need to take the time needed by the customs to clear the package into account.
