Why is the M-Trust tracking not updating for a long time?
If your M-Trust shipmentâs status has not been updated in a while, there might be a problem with the tracking itself or a problem with the paperwork for the package or the package might take longer than expected at the customs (if it is an international shipment).

The tracking says my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive anything.

How long does the M-Trust delivery take?

Please be aware that if it is an international shipping your parcel will most likely go through customs before it’s delivered.
