Another posibility is that it was delivered at a wrong address. In this case please contact RUE support to resolve this issue
How long does the RUE delivery take?
In most cases, your shipment will be delivered within 1-3 business days of being shipped. If you’re shipping internationally then it could take 5 up to 20 days depending on how fast customs clearance processes happen in the destination country and some other factors like whether there are any restrictions placed upon importing certain goods.
