Why is the SPSR tracking not updating for a long time?
If you’re waiting for a package and it’s been awhile since the last update, don’t worry! There are many reasons why parcels can experience delays in their tracking information. The tracking says my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive anything.
If you see that your package was delivered according to the tracking information but you have not received it, there are a few things you can do. First, make sure to check with your neighbors to see if they may have received the package by mistake. Check if there is a note from the courier, it should contain the information about your current package location. If that doesn’t work, you can contact SPSR to inquire about the whereabouts of your package.
How long does the SPSR delivery take?
In most cases, your shipment will be delivered within 1-3 business days of being shipped. If you’re shipping internationally then it could take 5 up to 20 days depending on how fast customs clearance processes happen in the destination country and some other factors like whether there are any restrictions placed upon importing certain goods.
