Why is the SSD tracking not updating for a long time?
When your shipment is not updated for a while, it might be because there’s been an issue with either the tracking or paperwork. The tracking says my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive anything.
You may see your parcel marked as “delivered” even if you have not received it. This often means that the delivery status has been updated in advance and will be delivered soon (but sometimes only on the next day). If this happens, make sure to contact SSD for more information about the location of your package.
How long does the SSD delivery take?
Depending on the selected shipping option it may take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive in the same country. Please be aware that if it is an international shipping your parcel will most likely go through customs before it’s delivered. This can take anywhere from 1 day up to a few weeks depending on the country.
