Another posibility is that it was delivered at a wrong address. In this case please contact TNT Click support to resolve this issue
How long does the TNT Click delivery take?
In most cases, TNT Click will deliver your shipment within 1-3 business days within the same country. International shipments typically take 5-10 business days, but you need to take the time needed by the customs to clear the package into account. The customs clearance can take from a day up to a week depending on many factors.
