How does Wish Post tracking work?
After making your purchase on Wish, the merchant will arrange for shipping through WishPost, the logistics arm of Wish. He will also provide a tracking number for your package.

When we locate your package, we will provide a report that shows where it is, including the originating and recipient country. We will also show you the estimated arrival date of your Wish parcel.
Wishpost tracking numbers
This is a unique code that WishPost assigns to your package before shipping. The merchant will provide it after you have completed a purchase on Wish. With the tracking number, you can trace your Wish parcel as it moves from the seller’s destination to you.
How does the Wishpost tracking number look like?
You can quickly identify your Wish post tracking number – it always begins with “WI” (for WishPost), followed by 12 digits, and ends with “FPL”. Here are some examples:

Where do I find the Wishpost tracking number?
The seller will provide a tracking number for your package after concluding your purchase. You will also receive it in the shipping confirmation email. Please get in touch with the seller if you cannot find your package’s number.

Why is the Wishpost tracking not updating for a long time?
When you haven’t heard from your package in a long time, there’s likely something wrong. The tracking status may be outdated or customs might have issues with their handling of the shipment which means it will take even longer for them to arrive! If this happens contact Wishpost directly so they can help track down what happened and get things resolved as quickly possible.
Please contact the carrier’s customer support for assistance, they should have more info about your package and can investigate this matter further.
The tracking says my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive anything.
You may see your parcel marked as “delivered” even if you have not received it. This often means that the delivery status has been updated in advance and will be delivered soon (but sometimes only on the next day). If this happens, make sure to contact Wishpost for more information about the location of your package.
