Why is the YDS tracking not updating for a long time?
If your YDS shipmentâs status has not been updated in a while, there might be a problem with the tracking itself or a problem with the paperwork for the package or the package might take longer than expected at the customs (if it is an international shipment).

The tracking says my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive anything.
The delivery courier might have left you a notice in your mailbox or at the door with instructions. If not, they will often deliver it to one of two nearby locations: either their local post office and/or lockers boxes. please contact YDS directly for more information.
How long does the YDS delivery take?
Domestic YDS packages should arrive within 3-7 days from the date of shipping. International orders will require an additional 2-4 weeks depending on where they’re going to and how long it takes for customs processing (which varies from country to country).
