The tracking says my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive anything.
You may see your parcel marked as “delivered” even if you have not received it. This often means that the delivery status has been updated in advance and will be delivered soon (but sometimes only on the next day). If this happens, make sure to contact YJI for more information about the location of your package.
How long does the YJI delivery take?
