The tracking says my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive anything.
You may see your parcel marked as “delivered” even if you have not received it. This often means that the delivery status has been updated in advance and will be delivered soon (but sometimes only on the next day). If this happens, make sure to contact Nexive for more information about the location of your package.
How long does the Nexive delivery take?
Your shipment could be delivered within 1-3 business days of placing an order with Nexive if you live in the same country. International shipments may take 5 to 14 working days but customs clearance will also need some time – that depends on many factors such as where it is being sent and what kind of goods are enclosed inside your package.
