How does the UDS tracking number look like?
The tracking number for a package shipped through UDS is usually a 8-15 digit code that can consist of letters, numbers or hyphens – depending on the shipping options.
Where do I find the UDS tracking number?
The UDS tracking number is easy to find. It will be on your sales receipt, self service kiosk record or mailing label when you ship it yourself!. If you want to make sure that your order has been shipped, look for a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email or on the seller’s website.
How long does the UDS delivery take?
The UDS will usually deliver your package within 2-5 business days, but you should plan on waiting up to two to three weeks for international deliveries. This is because customs typically requires that all packages are cleared before they allow them into another country’s borders – which can take anywhere from one day (in some cases) or more than a week depending upon how fast things move at their respective offices where these clearance processes happen.
Why is the UDS tracking not updating for a long time?
When your tracking has stopped updating, it may be because of a small delay in the processing or a longer delay at the customs. However if you’ve received an unexpected package and there’s no sign for how long they’ll need to investigate with postal service!

The tracking says my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive anything.
You may see your parcel marked as “delivered” even if you have not received it. This often means that the delivery status has been updated in advance and will be delivered soon (but sometimes only on the next day). If this happens, make sure to contact UDS for more information about the location of your package.
